Sponsoring the D42 Spring Convention 2011

Hopefully you have seen the new sponsorship page on the spring convention website. If not, click here.

Sponsorship is necessary in order for the organizers to keep the registration fee at a reasonable level while continuing to host a fabulous convention.

Sponsorship can be done in several ways such as sponsoring a specific event, cash donations, services in kind, or donations of specific items. Refer to the list of sponsorship opportunities on the website.

How can you help with sponsorship for the spring convention?
- Perhaps you, your spouse or someone you know runs a business and would like
to be a sponsor
- Perhaps you can approach your employer to become a sponsor (just let me know so we don't have multiple requests going to the same organization)
- Maybe your club would be willing to purchase items for door prizes or for the
gift bags.

Just put your thinking cap on and you'll be surprised how many potential sponsors you can think of!
